Convenient location, close to ski lift and shops. Clean room, stunning Matterhorn views from balcony. Exceptional staff, friendly and attentive. Helped arrange ski instructor in advance and provided excellent service when our child was sick. Thoughtful gifts for special occasions and even child-size bath robes. Truly grateful for everything.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access. It is also near many good restaurants, perfect for dining out. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms, providing a pleasant stay. The service is exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is well-selected and offers a variety of healthy and fresh food. The hotel also has a spa and swimming pool with a stunning view of the Matterhorn for relaxation.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be uncomfortable on hot days.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station and to the pedestrian shopping street. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a generous selection, including delicious smoked salmon. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony, where we took stunning photos of the Matterhorn. we were highly satisfied with everything.

The only downside was that the jacuzzi water could have been a bit warmer.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I can't imagine staying in a better place. Waking up to the Matterhorn in my face was amazing. The patio provided a million dollar view of the village and the mountains. The spa area was a total treat, with a powerful steam room, a refreshing pool, and a hot tub. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a fantastic stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the eggs cooked to order. I had a wonderful experience at Metropol and would definitely stay here again.

The free electric bus stop right outside was also a bonus. The spa area was fine, offering amazing views of the Matterhorn. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The friendly atmosphere and excellent breakfast made our stay more fun. we highly recommend this hotel for its central location and fantastic spa facilities.

We loved the hotel's great location, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, fantastic pool and spa area, and stunning view from our room. The staff, especially Gabriel and Patrizia, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant served one of the best meals we had on our trip. a small, family-owned hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This place is conveniently located near the lifts and bus stops that take you to all ski areas. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, providing us with great tips and making our stay even better with their excellent service. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the smoked salmon.

Although we cannot mention the specific hotel name, we highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The facilities are top-notch, including the indoor pool, sauna, and spa, which were perfect after a day of skiing.
